Pavel Katrafilov leads Sales Operations for Central Europe, Russia and Greece at Envu, bringing over two decades of international business expertise. Since joining in 2022, he has driven commercial excellence across the region. Pavel previously spent eight years at Bayer Crop Science in senior leadership roles, including assignments across Europe and South Africa. He holds an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Master's in International Economics.
